This film was pretty good actually. John Cusack plays Edgar Allen Poe just as he is on the brink of killing himself with alcohol. He is embroiled in a group of murders which mimic the murders he describes in his various stories.

If you know any of the stories of Poe, you will be able to track the murder's moves fairly easily and though formulaic, the film is very entertaining...I recommend it to your collection...
