Season Seven Epi Four Death is not the End

Begins with Eric and Pam on an Anubis Air flight and Eric is feeding from the femoral artery of a good woman when he is told that they will be landing in Baton Rouge momentarily and Pam explains that they would have more luck finding Sarah Newlin if the pump that duplicitous state senator who used to enjoy Lafayette’s charms. Eric nixes that idea and says he wants to go to Shreveport. He wants to catch up with Willa before he dies.

Then we are back in Bon Temps and Sookie and Jason are making their calls to Alcide’s daddy and to Hoyt to let them know their nearest and dearest is dead. Then Sookie goes to Andy’s and digs around in Holly’s memories and sees that they were at Fangtasia. She also sees that Kevin was killed.

Sam and Jason go to see Rosie and tell her Kevin bit the dust and they know they were at Fangtasia. Yeah, sometimes, Jason, you should leave stuff out.

Sookie goes to Bills and finds that Jessica is not feeding and she is in pain because she is starved. This pisses James and Sookie off and Sookie offers to feed her because she needs all vamps on deck to get Arlene and Nichole and Jane Bodehouse out of Fangtasia. Jess won’t feed from her but she will feed from Lafayette.

Pam reminisces about how she and Eric got Fangtasia and it seems they were brought there by the magister. The magister shows them the place, which was originally a video store. They meet Ginger who is automatically attracted to Eric, despite his 90210 hair cut. Later after the vampires come out of the coffin, she conceives the idea of Fangtasia and even hauls in Eric’s throne for him to sit in to enthrall the vermin. Pam glamours the idea out of Ginger and sells it to Eric as her own idea and Eric laughs and calls her a bitch, but he has a twinkle in his eye.

Jason, Bill, Sookie, Jess, Violet, and a couple of vampires from James’ band are the only vampires they can muster up to help get the girls out of Fangtasia with Sam. They are interrupted by the appearance of Pam and Eric. Sookie sees that Eric has Hep-V and she is sad about that, and she has a moment alone with him and she tells him that she has had a tough time the last few hours that Alcide, who she was dating, was killed last night. Eric tells her about his travels in an abbreviated sort of way. Eric calls Willa telepathically and she shows up and lets Eric have it and Eric tells her he will talk to her later but she is needed to do this thing first.  Eric then tells the Vlad Squad that he knows a way into Fangtasia.

The girls in the basement of Fangtasia are pretty freaked out when a rat comes through a vent shaft and suddenly turns into Sam. They are all alright and Sam tells them that some good vamps are coming to help them. They are okay for a moment when one of the Hep-V vamps comes down and gets Arlene and takes her up to the bar. About that time Bill and Pam and the band members come into the basement, but the good vamps are kept from getting to Arlene. Sookie and Eric distract them until Bill and them can come in and help them. About the time the Vlad Squad are going to make a rescue, the citizen’s vigilant group led by Rosie and Kenya throw Molotov cocktails into the bar and block them. The Hep V vamps run and Sookie runs to Arlene who has been nearly drained and thinks she sees Terry. Jason breaks through and brings one of James’ band mates, Keith to help Arlene.

At first, they take stock and apparently the Hep V vamps are dead and most of the vigilant group, and Eric gets a good blood meal from Rosie, which he deserved.
